Words woven wonderfully.

People, pictures, possibilities.

Music, musings, magic, me!

(Also, alliterations are awesome!)

.

I also do..

An Epiphany A Day.

Go see :)

Stop!

Stop and take a break.

A break from all the talking.
A break from all the fights.
A break from the busy schedules.
A break from sleepless nights.

Stop and take a look.

A look at a smile.
A look at a tear.
A look at surprise.
A look at fear.

Stop and listen.

To the song of the birds.
To the waves lashing against the shore.
To the breeze gushing by.
To raindrops, when it begins to pour.

Stop and feel the joy.

Of the aroma of good food.
Of that chilled beer mug.
Of the music that fills the air.
Of the warmth of the perfect hug.

Stop and go explore.

Explore places far and near.
Explore the uses of a camera lens.
Explore the minds of the people around.
Explore the magic of computers and pens.

Stop and take a moment.

A moment to breathe.
A moment to see.
A moment to feel.
A moment to just be...

Stop!

Mmmm!

DOE RE MI BEER
DOUGH, the stuff that buys me beer;
RAY, the guy that sells me beer;
ME, the one who drinks the beer;
FAR, a long run to get beer;
SO, I'll have another beer;
LA, I'll have another beer;
TEA, no thanks I'm drinking beer;
That will bring us back to ...
(looks in empty glass) D'oh!
Homer J. Simpson.

God?

" `I refuse to prove that I exist,' says God, `for proof denies faith, and without faith I am nothing.'

`But,' says Man, `The Babel fish is a dead giveaway, isn't it? It could not have evolved by chance. It proves you exist, and so therefore, by your own arguments, you don't. QED.'

`Oh dear,' says God, `I hadn't thought of that,' and promptly vanished in a puff of logic. "
He looked at her through his rear view mirror
Her eyes met his for a second
Then looked away in denial.
He knew she knew.
Those eyes told him she knew.

She looked away.
He smiled.
He decided to focus on the road.
(Not for himself or for her, but for the other two he wished weren't there)

He wanted her in the front seat.
He wanted to casually hold her hand in his.
He wanted that awkward silence, accompanied with awkward smiles.
He wanted to feel the comfort that this awkwardness brought with it.
He wanted to feel that inexplicable excitement that this awkwardness brought with it.

With these thoughts flooding his head,
he couldn't help but look again.

He looked at her through his rear view mirror.
Her eyes met his.
This time they stayed.
They gazed back.

An awkward smile gradually lit up her face.
His inexplicable excitement bubbled through his awkward smile.
